Hi everyone. Welcome to day 2 of SugarPea Designs sweet peek week. I am excited to share my project for today's sneak peek as it brings me down memory lane.

Hi all. Happy new year. I can't believe that I haven't been blogging since October 2020. Gosh, my blog really got quite neglected. So sorry about that. I do still make cards regularly, but I just been posting them more on my Instagram account.
Well, I am glad to be back on blog land as we celebrating The Ton 6th anniversary. For this celebration. The Ton is releasing 7 new stamp/dies and 4 new standalone dies. I am excited for this release & really looking forward for more creativity in 2021.
Without further delay, let's get on with the card, shall we?
For my card, I am showcasing the fun Ditsy Bits set. And, I have to say, the Quilted Coverplate A2 die is a set that surprise me. At first, I thought it just standard quilted design, till I actually use it. It cuts little hearts instead of just dots or stitch impression. I don't know about you, but these little hearts gets me. I was like, oooh, look at that, pretty!
To make the hearts stand out a bit more, I back the light blue cardstock with dark teal cardstock, as you can see on the pic above. For the flowers, I stamped them with Hollywood Star, Soft Garnet, Cosmopolitan Pink and Soft Garden. Once stamped, I die cut them using the coordinating Ditsy Bits die. Arrange on the card and finish by adding sentiment.
For my next card, I am using the gorgeous Radiant Roses Standalone Layering Dies.
I just love the layers on this rose set. It's beautiful and I just love playing with this. I can see more roses cards coming. I always enjoy playing with what I consider classic, timeless set. This set definitely fall under this category & I love, love this set. maybe because I associated it with my mom's favorite flower.
I die cut all the pieces from watercolor cardstock and color each layers deeper. To ground the flowers, i add a scallop frame, that I die cut using the 2nd largest frame from Scalloped A2 Nested dies. Arrange flower & leaves, then add sentiment using the new Ribbon General set stamped with Peach Blossom & Coralline and die cut it with coordinating dies.
There you go, 2 fun cards too start my 2021 blog post. ;)
GIVEAWAYHi all and welcome to The Ton Winter Flash Die release. Today The Ton is releasing 4 new standalone dies that I think are just perfect to celebrate the cooler weather.
For my card, I am showcasing the Holiday Coffee Dies.
To start, I die cut the background using Grid A2 Coverplate die. Then I die cut all the coffee cup elements. My favorite is the snowflake die & embossed sleeve. It added such fun details. Before putting them together, I ink blended the cup with Soft Garden, Cali Blue, Hollywood Star & Coral Cavern. Adhere the cups to the card base with foam adhesive.
Next, for the sentiment I used Easy Expressions Holiday set and finished the card by adding some Blue Ice Couture sequins mix.
This card actually come together pretty quick and I know my coffee loving friend would love this card. My teammates has created some more fun inspiration for this release. Please check out their blogs for more ideas. Thank you all for stopping by here and my your weekend starts off wonderfully. Cheers...
The TonHi all and welcome to The Ton holiday release. The Ton is releasing 14 New Standalone Dies and 2 New Stamps and Coordinating Dies. And, I am honestly super excited for this release as so many of the sets allowed me to create clean & simple cards that I just loved.
Let's get on with it right away. For my 1st card, I am showcasing the pretty & fun Holiday Border dies.
Hi peeps! Welcome to day 1 of Honey Bee Stamps Autumn Afternoon blog hop. I am super excited for this release as here are so many gorgeous and fun sets to share.
One of my favorite from this release is the gorgeous Harvest Bloom designed by my dear friend, Emily Midgett.
Here on my 1st card, I went with bright colors. I stamped and heat embossed the image and then watercolor them. Trim the panel and adhere to card base. For sentiment, I die cut the word hugs from Simple Sentiments Eyelet three times and layered them. Finished by stamping and heat embossing the word Sending You from Kisses set.
I also want to share a couple of the cards for this release that I have shared on Instagram. I've been sharing more cards there then on the blog. You can find me on Instagram HERE.
You can see how much I love the Harvest Blooms since I made a card for the sneak peek and for the hop.
