SSS Anything Goes

Hi peeps! Today, I am back for the last challenge for this June for Simon Says Stamp. This time the theme is anything goes. Fun and easy peasy, right? And, since today is my birthday, I thought it's only appropriate that I do a birthday card.

Happy birthday to me! I am turning 42 today, but hey, I have Peter Pan syndrome, so I definitely don't feel like 42. Hah!

Since, cute stuff makes me happy, I went all cute with my card. When it comes to cute stuff, Clearly Besotted is one of my favorite! I love their stuff. Here, I used Clearly Besotted Sweet Treats for my center piece. I stamped all 6 image from the set with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Copic.

I stamped MFT Abstract Background directly on the card panel with Versamark ink and then adhere the hamster panel. Finished by stamping the sentiment from the same Clearly Besotted Sweet Treats set. Pretty simple card, but full of cuteness.

That's all from me today. I hope you will play along! To see all the challenge detail and to enter you card please click HERE. Thank you for stopping by here.

Truly Grateful

Hi peeps! It's time for a new SSS Wednesday Challenge. This week it's all about patterned paper. Yep, simply create a project using patterned paper and that's it. Easy peasy requirement, right?

For my card, I created a thank you card using patterned paper from Doodlebug Swiss Dot Rainbow Petite Print

I've been into stamping on patterned paper lately. It's a great and quick way to added interest to a card design.

I started by stamping the beautiful MFT Rose All Over Background directly on the patterned paper and heat embossed it with Hero Arts White Embossing Powder. Once that done, using SSS Big Thanks dies, I die cut the word directly on the stamped panel and then run it again three more times on a piece of dark cardstock. This way I can layered and pop the word "Thanks" more, so it's not completely blend it with the background. Followed by sentiment from MFT Geometric Greenery set and of course, I have to dot some finishing touches using Tonic Pale Periwinkle Nuvo Jewel Drop (love this stuff!!).

Well peeps, that's all from me today. I hope you will play along! To see all the challenge detail and to enter you card please click HERE. Thank you for stopping by here.

SugarPea Design Sweet Release Day 4

Hi peeps!! How's thing going? We're getting closer to SugarPea Designs sweet release day (everything that you've seen will be available in store tomorrow!).

Meanwhile, we'll continue with more fun goodies to share with you. Today, we're introducing 2 fantastic sets, Let's Flamingale and Tropic Like Its Hot.

Here's my 1st card usinng Let's Flamingale set.

I really love the way SPD do this set, the way the flamingo layered. And, you have some option whether you want the flaming to stand on both feet or just on 1 foot. For this card, I used watercolor cardstock and simply brushed some blue color and then layered it with some sandy color on the bottom to ground the flamingo. The rest of the images I colored with Copic.

For my next card, I used the SugarCut Lantern (this lantern die is the coolest!!) and mix it with Let's Flamingale and Tropic Like Its Hot. There's just something about lantern decorating that I love.

Who says lantern is just for camping, right?? You could use this lantern to ground all kind of image. To me somehow it makes sense. :)

The SPD team has created some fun projects using today's products. Please stop by SugarPea Design blog and my teammates blog and of course, we would love for you to leave comment along the way. With each comment, you get extra chance to win today's giveaway. Good luck and thank you for stopping by here.

Amazing, That's What You Are

** For SugarPea Designs Sweet Release please scroll down. **

Hi peeps! I'm back with another fun Simon Says Stamp challenge. This week it's all about embossing. Fun & easy. :)

For my card, I used the lovely Simon Says Stamp Rebecca Lace background stamp (from SSS Cherished collection), MFT Doubly Amazing Dies and MFT Amazing set . I love, love, love this Rebecca Lace stamp. It is simply a beautiful background stamp!!

To make my card, I start with stamping and heat embossed the image on a piece of cardstock panel. Then using ink daubers, I start coloring the circles from the center of the medallion. I used various brand ink pad here. From the center out: Hero Arts Soft Cantaloupe , MFT Peach Bellini, Memento Dandelion, Memento Pear Tart, Altenew Sea Glass, and Memento Danube Blue.

I really feel with this card, the last 2 blue is really what make it pop. Then again that could be because I love blue. But, I love green, too. Heck, I simply love colors!! Hah!

Once I am done coloring the panel, I ran MFT Amazing dies through the panel and pop it up by layering it three times. Otherwise, the word would blend in too much with the card. Adhere the whole thing to the card base and then I stamped the word "That's What You Are", trim it and adhere it pop dots. Tadaaa............

I seriously love the colors on this card. Staring at fun colors makes me happy. What do you think of the colors? I think this is my favorite! Well peeps, I hope you enjoy today's card and will play along with us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. :)

SugarPea Design Sweet Release Day 3

Hi everyone and welcome to day 3 of SugarPea Design Sweet Release. Today we're introducing a set that any coffee lovers would love, called The Perfect Blend.

I kind of dig the coffee bean plants. On this card, it adds a speck of brightness to what otherwise a pretty muted color card. I am channeling my inner clean and simple style here. :)

So, how are you liking our sweet peek so far? What's your favorite?

Now, how would you like to win this fun set? Easy peasy. Simply leave a comment on SugarPea Designs Blog, here and on my teammates blog. I hope you're enjoying the sweet peek and come back tomorrow for more fabulousness (hint... hint... I really love tomorrow's sets!). See you then.

Hi peeps and welcome to day 2 of SugarPea Designs Sweet Release. We continue with our camping theme. Introducing RV There Yet, SugarCut Lantern and SugarCut Camping Icons.

For my card I used the RV There Yet and the patterned paper from Happy Camper paper pad.

How cute is this RV? Of course, I have to go with my favorite color to make it all cute. I really love the patterned paper on this collection as they make it so easy to create fun, great background. And, the pup and the cat, oh goodness, totally calling my name, cause you know that I love critters, right?

SugarPea Design Sweet Release Day 1

Hi peeps! Welcome to SugarPea Design Sweet Release week. We have lots of fun new goodies coming and I know you're going to love them.

Today we are introducing the new paper pad called Happy Camper that's filled with fun patterned paper, TreeScape dies and Easily A'moose'd set (that I have to say the cutest moose set out there!!)

Without further delay here's my card using the Happy Camper paper pad and the super cute moose & hedgehog from Easily A'moose'd.

I don't know about you, but I love how cheeky this moose look! I squealed hard when I saw the sneak peek of this set. I was like, oooh, I cannot wait to get this set! I love it, I adore it, and it make me wish I could have a baby moose that look as cute as this.

Hm... yeah, I have a little bit of Peter Pan syndrome, part of imagination still think like little kids  that often wish for their stuff animal would come to live & talk. I feel the same way about this set. Hah!!

For my card, I used the patterned paper as the base and to anchor the whole scene. Then simply add the moose and the hedgehog on a tree stump, add sentiment and some star wood chip. Clean & simple as I want the cuteness of the moose to totally take center stage. Oh, and that sentiment.... so catchy, right?

Now,  how would you like to win Easily A'moose'd stamp set? All you need to do is leave a comment on SugarPea Designs blog. It’s that easy! You have all week to comment!

And, the SugarPea team has created some amazing and creative inspiration for today. Please visit each of our designers blogs and be sure to leave a sweet comment for them (and, here, too please), giving you an extra entry to win today’s giveaway prize. Hope you enjoy today's sweet peek & I'll be back tomorrow with more fun sneak peek. See you then. Happy Monday!

The Ton's Summer Release Blog Hop

For The Ton's Summer 2017, Effie has released 24 new stamp designs, coordinating dies, 1 new couture mix and 6 new backdrop board designs!

We have a great lineup of designers for our hop. So, grab your favorite drink & hop along. You should arrive here from Dana Gong. Now, without further delay let's get on with the card.

For my 1st card, I am using Sunflower Border, Brushed You set, and Brushed You dies (from previous release).

I first stamped the flower border and then added some shading with Copic marker. Once that done, I ran the word dies once on the panel and twice on a piece of blank cardstock. The three layer help make the sentiment stand out than the rest of the panel. Then stamped the rest of the sentiment. Finished with some mixed size Dew Drops.

For my next card, I lean toward a manly card. I always find making manly card a challenge and all the new layering scenic sets totally help me in overcoming that challenge.

I did the Mountains  first, then followed by stamping the Eagle set. Add sentiment and on the bottom I added a strip of Silver Adhesive Glitter paper.

I popped the book with pop dots for added dimension, then add some sequins from the Summer Soiree Couture Mix (incentive set).

A a book lover, I just adore this set. This is how I look like when I get out from our library. Although, nowadays the books are replaced by audiobook. SSS Challenge: Make It Masculine

** For The Ton Stamps Release post please scroll down or click HERE.**

Hi peeps! I am so excited to be joining SSS Wednesday Challenge for the month of June. It's been a while since my last guest designer gig for them and am always happy when I got the invite to do so. For today, our challenge is to make a masculine card.

I chose to do a boy birthday card. My nephews love animals and I  made this card with them in mind. To create this card, I used the cute critters from SSS Birthday Farm Animals and sentiment from SSS Birthday Balloons

To make this card, I fist stamped the image on a card panel with MFT Kraft Hybrid ink pad and then color all the image with Copic. For added interest and to ground the birthday trio I stenciled brick wall using MFT Brick Wall Mixable Stencils. I did the stencil with no masking. How? Since it's only a very small part that go over the critters, and I use finger ink dauber, it allows me greater control on where I want the ink to go compare to if you're using regular sponge. I'd probably use masking if it's brighter or darker colors (to be safe).

Once I'm done working with the panel, I adhere a strip of colored cardstock to the card base and then add the panel and finished with some Tonic Nuvo Morning Dew Enamel Drop.

I hope you will play along! To see all the challenge detail and to enter you card please click HERE. Thank you for stopping by here.

For my card today, I am using Large Peony 4 combined with Haute Stripes Cling Background from previous release.

I alway love flower against stripes. It's one of my favorite look. I heat embossed the flower & the leaves and the colored them with ZIG Kuretake Clean Color. Once I finished arranging the flower, I stamped & heat embossed the sentiment using  Rose Gold embossing powder and added some Dew Drops.

For my next card I used the gorgeous Poppy Border and watercolor technique. I just love poppies! And this one is just as fun to color.

And, for my 3rd card, I did stamping on patterned paper. I think so often we just focus on stamping on solid cardstock, and it's fun to now & then stamp it on patterned paper. It give a different, fun element.

To add a touch of elegance, I added a strip of adhesive silver glitter paper and some sequins from Summer Skies Couture Mix collection.

For my next card, I went all summery using Anemone Wishes set.

I simply heat embossed the image on a piece of watercolor cardstock and colored it with ZOG Kuretake Clean Color marker. Again, I added a a strip of adhesive silver glitter paper and some dew drops (I really love using this along with sequins when it comes to flowery cards).

Enjoy It All

This past month, I have really enjoyed guest designing for Concord & 9th. They're a fantastic company to work with and I sure love their products. Today's post would be my last post as guest designer for them and all I can say I am grateful for the opportunity they have given me.

Well, let's get on with the cards shall we? Today we're highlighting Enjoyed It All set & Detailed Bloom Dies (you can also get them as a bundle HERE).

Here's my 1st card:

For this card, I used the Detailed Bloom dies on a watercolor cardstock and then colored it with Zig Kuretake Clean Color marker. I also stamped and die-cut some of the flowers from Enjoyed It All set. Then, I arranged & adhere all of them to the card panel. Once that done I stamped the sentiment and finished by stamping some dots using the dots from Hello Lovely set.

I love the way my colorful card turned out. This color makes me happy. :)

For my next card, I use more subtle colors and create this soft look.

With this card, I want to show you how you can stretch your dies. Instead of just using the cut out part the way it is, I cut them apart. I ran the dies twice, colored them with Copic and then cut them apart and use just the part that I want. You could see from my 1st card compare to this 2nd card how you can get two totally different look from the same dies.

I have really enjoyed how this guest designing gig really inspire me & bring out my creativity to create some really fun projects. I hope you enjoy all the projects and I really appreciate all the love you have left on my Instagram account. It really means a lot to me. In case you're interested to follow me on Instagram, you can find me under: wirianta

Well peeps, that's all from me today. May your Friday be a fabulous one and enjoy your weekend!! Cheers....

Spellbinders December Stitched Die Set

Hi friends. Happy December. Today. I am sharing my stitched card made using Spellbinders December Stitched Die of the Month . I have to say ...
