The Ton Summer 2021 Release

Hi all and welcome to The Ton Summer release. Effie had designed some fun sets that I think are quite refreshing. The sets being released today definitely make me think of my home in Indonesia because of the tropical feeling.

I was out of town for a quick short trip with hubby, so I was only able to make 1 card for today. But, I was using 3 of the new sets on this card.

For the background, I stamped and heat embossed Many Monsteras Cling Background. Then, I blend in Deep Emerald, Bright Fern, Evergreen & Soft Garden. I sure do love this color combination. Make the card have that fresh feeling in my eyes. :)

Then, I stamped the pot from Plentiful Planters and die cut it with the coordinating dies. Adhere this to the card. Then I stamped, die cut and colored the leaves from Petit Planters. Adhere to the card with foam adhesive.

To finish this card, I die cut sentiment using Many Sentiments Coverplate on a piece of white cardstock. Adhere to the card and for final touch add some Pastel Mint sequins.

I sure will be making more projects with this release. If you haven't follow me on Instagram, I'd be thrilled if you follow me there as I share more of my projects there. You can find me HERE

Please check out what the team has created for this release.

Well peeps, that's all from me today. May your weekend starts off wonderfully.

Spellbinders Clubs Blog Hop

Hi all and welcome to Spellbinders Clubs Blog Hop. Glad to have you here. If you've been hopping along, you should arrived here from my talented friend Emily Leiphart blog. In case you miss any link, below I have the complete list of the hop.

For my cards today, I am showcasing Spellbinders July Card Kit of The Month.

There's lots of flowers on this kit and that's totally perfect for me. Let's et on with it, shall we? Firts up is the card that I made with no stamping whatsoever. I just use the embellishments and stickers that come in the kit.

This card came together pretty quick. Gotta love it, especially when you're short on time. The embellishments even have gold foil on them! How gorgeous are these flowers?

For my next card, I used the flower stamp set that comes with the kit. Carnation always bring me fond memories, as growing up, the first bouquet my dad got me was filled with Carnation. And, they're such fun flowers to color, too.

This sentiment though definitely lesson from my mom. She always reminds me to look for the good, even when I had a bad day. As soon as I saw this sentiment, I am like yep, I am using this. For this card, I stamped the flowers and fussy cut them. Add a strip of pattern paper to the card base, then simply add the sentiment and the flowers which I adhere with foam adhesive. Finish by adding a dragonfly. Clean and and simple style.

Spellbinders Beautiful Sentiment Vignettes Collection

Hi all. How's it going. For today, I want to share a couple projects that I made using a couple sets from Spellbinders Beautiful Sentiment Vignettes Collection. First up, is this card I made using Happy Anniversary Vignette Etched Dies by Becca Feeken.

How elegant is this set? To start, I die cut the frame and the sentiment from a soft pink cardstock. To make the sentiment stand out a bit more, I added some coloring with Copic marker. Cut a panel from gray cardstock, trim a bit smaller than the card base and adhere to card base. Next, adhere the circle frame and sentiment to the card.

To decorate the frame, I decided some flowers and leaves would be a perfect addition. I am using the flower dies from Spellbinders May Card Kit of The Month. I die cut all the pieces from white cardstock and then color them with various ink pads. Arrange and adhere all of them to the card and finish by adding some enamel drops to the flower center and around the flowers.

Now, on to my next card. For this one, I am using Forever in our Memory Vignette Etched Dies.

This set is so elegant and I feel like the combination of gray and soft blue is the right combination to showcase the beauty of this dies. I simply die cut all the pieces from gray and soft blue cardstock. And, just like the first card, I added some shade to the sentiment with Copic markers. Next, I hot foil some flowers from Diamond Floral Frame Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set with Rose Gold & Moondust. Arrange the flowers on the corner and adhere with foam adhesive.

So, what do you think of these elegant sets? I hope you enjoy today's inspirations. Always find a little time to create as I do believe a little crafting time is good for the soul. :) Have a great Thursday everyone.

Spellbinders July Stamp of The Month

Hi peeps. With having a long weekend here in the States, I am taking advantage of it. We had a lovely family get together with my cousins, watch a couple movies and of course, quite a bit of crafting time. I was pretty happy that I get to finish several cards. One of them is today's card that I made using Spellbinders' July Stamp of the Month called Sending Floral Wishes.

This beautiful & elegant flower stamp is simply gorgeous. I stamped and colored it with Copic markers. Cut it out and adhere to card base using foam adhesive. Finish by stamping the sentiment and add a dragonfly embellishment from the July Card Kit of the Month.

I love making card with lots of white space, just like this one. I feel like it  make the image pop. What do you think?

Well peeps, that's all from me today. Hope you enjoy today's card and I wish you all a lovely day.

Spellbinder's July Card Kit of The Month

Hi all. I am excited to share the projects I have created using Spellbinders' July Card Kit of The Month, called Damask Daydream. This kit is filled with beautiful & elegant stamp , die and embellishments

Here's a peek at what's included on the kit.

I love flowers, so of course, I immediately reached for the flowers embellishments. For my first card, I paired up the flowers with one of the patterned paper from the included paper pad in the kit.

How elegant is that background? This card comes together real quick. All the elements just works together so beautifully that I literally finish this card in 10 minutes. Elegant card in minutes? Yes, please.

Now, on to the second card. Oh, did you see the pretty layered butterfly stickers?

The flower vines has gold foil on it, so it immediately add elegance to the design. Simply arrange all the flowers together, adhere with foam adhesive, then add the butterfly, the glitter sentiment and the rhinestones that's also part of kit.

Finally, my 3rd card and I am using the floral frame dies that's included with the kit.

The floral frame is perfect to showcase the beautiful layered butterfly sticker. Again, I am usually very hesitant in combining patterned paper with other elements, but the kit kind of help boost up my confident, because I know everything in the kit are designed to work together. I finish by stamping the hello sentiment and add some rhinestones.

Well, there you go, a few cards to show the versatility of this month's kit. I hope you enjoy the kit's inspiration. As this post goes up during the long weekend celebrating the 4th of July here in the States, I wish you all  that celebrating it, a very happy Independence day. Cheers....

SugarPea Designs Summer Release Sweet Peek Day 4

Hi all. We're almost there. It's day 4 of SugarPea Design sweet peek week. Today, we're introducing Nautical Notions die set and Waves of Love. This adorable set features an adorable walrus and his little fish friends.

For my card, I combined both sets. Love the life preserver especially after you add the rope that in my opinion looks pretty real. And, how darn cute is that walrus? I think this card would be perfect for our friends that keep us afloat during difficult time. Below is a peek at the sets I am using today.
