Four Petal Scroll

Hi all. I am popping in to share this card  made for Spellbinders using their classic Four Petal Scroll Label Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set from the Four Petal Collection.

I started by hot foiling the scroll frame using Copper hot foil roll on a panel of cardstock. Trim the panel slightly smaller than the car base and ink blend some blue ink around the panel. Next, die cut the pierced label frame and hot foil it with the sentiment. I was going to leave it just like that, but then I thought a little butterfly would complete the card better. So, I added the butterfly from Simon Hurley Butterfly Kisses set and finish by adding some sequins.

I think the shimmer on the scroll really enhanced the elegant scroll design. Well, that's all I have for today as I need to go back to  my crafting table and play with more sets. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. :)

The Ton Anniversary Release

Hi all and welcome to The Ton anniversary release. To celebrate its anniversary The Ton has released several coordinating stencils for previously released stamp set. So, for those of you who already has the sets, this is a great way to make the coloring process easier and for those who prefer to work with stencil, then  this is it.

For my part, I am showcasing the gorgeous Sweet Bouquet Dahlia Layering Stencil. This is such a pretty bouquet and is one of my favorite from this release.

I simply colored each layer of stencil with Coralline, Coral Cavern, Soft Garden and Matcha.
To be honest though, the first layer, I have no clue what color it was, as I was just using leftover color that still on the brush and I thought it looks pretty, so I just use it. :)  And to finish I added some Dark Purple Opaque rhinestones.

For my next card, I am featuring Sunkissed Dahlia Layering Stencil

I started by using Quilted A2 Coverplate die. Then I stenciled the Dahlia on the panel. Next, I die cut the word wishes using Bold General Greeting Word Plate die. I can't even remember how old this sentiment set is, all I know I use it quite a bit. Definitely one of those set that you can just use again and again.

Well peeps, that's all from me today. To see the complete release and see what my teammates has created for this release, please check the links below. May your week starts off wonderfully.

Spellbinders March Club Kits

Hi peeps. I know it's still early March, but at my end, the weather is definitely already quite warm. Not  hot, but the perfect warm, which make me totally in spring mood. In fact the day before I started doing some planting on our backyard. Anyway, the spring like weather also make me in the mood for spring color cards.

For my 1st card I used Spellbinders March Embossing Club Kit for the background and paired it with Spellbinders' January Large Die Club Kit of the month

For the sentiment I hot foiled one of the sentiment from Everyday Sentiments 2 Hot Foil plate on a strip of vellum. I have to say that vellum take hot foil beautifully.

My next card is featuring the gorgeous Spellbinder's March Glimmer Club kit

I was a bit worried that it would be had to line up the plate to get full coverage of the whole card panel, but it turned out to be super easy. I love the way the full panel look that I ended up making 2 cards repeating the same technique, just using different color scheme.

Have you tried any of Spellbinders club kit? They have lots of different options. That's all I have for today. I hope you enjoy today's cards. May your week starts off in a terrific way. Till next time. :)

Spellbinders March Stitching Die Kit

Hi friends. Happy crafty month. Today I am showcasing Spellbinders' March Stitching Die Club kit Am pretty proud at the way this card turned out considering the amount of stitching on this card. Hah! I  actually love stitching as my other favorite craft beside card making is cross stitching.

For this card, I started by die-cutting all the pieces. Then, I took my time stitching all the pieces. I usually do this while watching TV since I can't quite sit still. To match the color of the thread, I adhered the pierced and stitched panel to lime green cardstock base. Love the pop of that bright green. Then, I adhere all the little leave pieces. For sentiment I used Yana's Sentiment Glimmer Hot Foil Plate, Finished by adding some rhinestones.

Well peeps, that's all from me today. Wishing you all a lovely weekend.
