Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember

Hi friends. Welcome to STAMPtember® Party! The world may call this month September, but in card making world, we know better—it’s STAMPtember®! I am thrilled to take part again in celebrating this special event.

On my end, I get to play with this sweet & adorable Magical Crafting set. I love fairies and I love crafting. Is this not a fun set for any crafter? You could make card or tags for any handmade present you made. I love it!

I started by stamping the thread spools repeatedly on the background panel. Then I stamped the cute fairy, buttons and threads and colored them with Copic markers. Then, I fussy cut all of them. I die cut the arch panel and did some ink blending on it before adhering to the card base. Stamp the sentiment and then arrange and adhere all the images with foam adhesive,

STAMPtember ialwyas get me excited, cause it is a big deal and they always have so many cool, fun sets during this time. Many designers joining in for this big celebration, Make sure you stop by Simon Says Stamp blog to see who joined the party. And, you can check out the full collection HERE. Autumn & Christmas

Hi peeps. As the Texas weather make us felt as if we're in an oven, I am dreaming of the cooler autumn weather. While waiting for that dream to come true, I entertain myself with Spellbinders fall and Christmas set. I have lots of cards to share today So, buckle in! :)

First up, is the card I made using Autumns Thanks Frame Press Plate. I don't know about you, but I love mushroom design related. Something about the look that makes me think they're cute. Is it just me? Hah!

On my 1st card above, I inked it up with blank ink and then do watercolor. To highlight the sentiment I used Notched Corner Dies which fit perfectly inside the opening of the frame. Finish by adding some rhinestones.

For my next card, using the same set, I inked up using green ink. As long as the ink pad is pretty firm, I've been able to use some non Spellbinders ink.

On to the next card. For this one I am suing one of the leaf from Autumn Leaves Press Plate set. I used teal color ink, die cut and watercolor the leaf. I paired it with Leafy 3D Embossing folder, which resulted in this gorgeous background. I love the simplicity of this card. Sentiment using one of the sentiment from  Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate.

One last card using the press plate is this mushroom card using the Mushroom Duo Press Plate. Am keeping it simple as well on this card. Again sentiment from  Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate.

Moving on to Christmas card. Since I love critters, I can't say no to this Noel cling rubber stamp showing four adorable mouse holding some leaves to spell the word Noel. They kind of look like trouble maker, too, don't they?

Last but not least is another troublemaker swinging from the Christmas light from Merry & Bright set.

Phew... there are lots of cards there. Hope you're enjoying them and I hope in some small ways I get to inspire you to get creative. It's going to be another hot weekend here, so I am planning to hibernate in my craft room and cross fingers I can get lots of projects done. Have an awesome labor day weekend if you're in the US! Cheers...
