Ribbon Shelf

Oh my goodness, right now I am like a kid waiting for Christmas. Thursday evening I received an invitation to join this fabulous company and  let just say that I signed the contract right away and within a week or two I should be getting a huge pile of new goodies to play with!! *Wink*.... big announcement tomorrow!! So, I am trying to be prepared and basically spent this past weekend cleaning and sorting stuff in my scrapbook room.

Things been piling up quite a bit in my scrapbook room and it does bother me, so a thorough cleaning and organizing are needed regardless. And the sad thing is I am still not done. But, once I am done, I plan on putting quite a few stuff for sale here. Some of  the really old stuff will be put aside for donation. Anyway, part of organizing is finding home for each stuff.

Saturday  night, I showed hubby THIS ribbon storage that Nichole Heady has. And, by Sunday afternoon, lookie, lookie ... hubby made one for me. Sigh... love my hubby. I'm so lucky to have a super handy hubby. Thanks honey for always supporting me and for your willingness to make me custom storage on such short notice! You're the best! :)

Granted, right now, there's still lots of empty space. Which is good. I need that space as I am on May Arts DT and I should be getting the ribbon rolls from May Arts for my works soon. Once it full, we'll take a new pic then.

Anyway, I was going to blog yesterday, but the Archivers store was calling my name with their 40% of all stamps for Monday only. I rarely go there because it's quite a drive from my house, but the offer was too good to pass. I scored some stamps that I've been wanting for the longest time and some papers. Papers are like magnet to me, c.a.n.'.t resist.

Well seeing all those pretty papers, make me want to play with colors. I whipped up this card using the banner from Echo Park digital paper and this cute birthday dog from Torico's Brown Birdie store (you can get this digi stamp HERE).

Isn't this doggy just the cutest? I love its expression, looks just like my pug, Ollie with its big eyes. Thank you all for stopping by and come back tomorrow for my big news. Can't wait to share it with you all!

Yeah, I'm soooo showing my handy hubby your shelf in the hopes he will build me one, too! (I've asked him numerous times to build me something like a ScrapBox, but that hasn't happened yet LOL) What a cute card, I love how you popped some of the presents up.
