MFT & Simple Stories: You're My Penguin

I am so in love with Simple Stories Summer Vibes collection. The whole collection is simply fantastic.

Today, we're continue with more project using My Favorite Things & Simple Stories. If last time, I am all about flowers, this time, it's all about penguin! I am inspired by all the beautiful coloring inspiration that's going on at Kathy Racoosin's The Daily Marker blog 30 Day Coloring Challenge right now. Her works are simply amazing.

If you watch, Grey's Anatomy, you know Meredith always called Yang, her person. Here, it's translated to You're My Penguin. How stinkin' cute is that? After seeing this, I started saying that to my pug, Eli. He is my penguin. Well, Eli is my baby, my puppy soul mate, my snuggle bunny, my heart, my boy, and so on. Hah!

Okay, I digress and went to puppy land there for a bit. The pink polaroid & banner piece are from Simple Stories Summer Vibes collection. And all the colors I used on this card is based from this collection.

Then, I decided to play with another journaling card and pair it with the fun panda set. This is one of those super quick card.

Make sure you check out My Favorite Things Blog and Simple Stories Blog for more fun inspirations. Hope you enjoy today's card and thank you so much for stopping by here. Have a fabulous Thursday!

MFT & Simple Stories: Hello

Hi everyone. Exciting week this week as My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration team collaborate with Simple Stories for a week filled with fun & gorgeous inspiration.

I fall in love with Simple Stories from the very beginning. They always come out with awesome collection. This time, my favorite is the Summer Vibes collection. They're filled with many fun & gorgeous patterned paper, journaling card, stickers, etc. I choose to work with this collection.

I paired the paper from the journaling card with MFT Watercolor Flowers.  And, after I finished the first card, I can't stop playing and made another card. This time, I used the other side of the journaling card, which showcase the plaid pattern.

Now, Erin also have a card to show you on MFT Challenge Blog today, so go check it out as I am sure it's going to be an awesome one. Check out Simple Stories Blog as well. There's fun giveaway and you never know, you could be the winner. :)
