My Heart Belongs To You

Ah... weekend. I so, love it. Working full time, I sure appreciate my weekend. Not that they're not busy, but I just appreciate that I can do my errands at my own pace. Spending more times with the doggies. LOL, I think the only thing I don't enjoy is the house cleaning duty.

Anyway, weekend also means time to get busy with creating. For today, I want to share this sweet card using Crafter's Companion Bebunny Hearts.

Supplies: Crafter's Companion Bebunny Hearts,
Spectrum Noir: BT2, BT4, IG1, IG2, IG3, PP1, TB1, TB2, Tb3

I love their bunny set. They're simply sweet & adorable. How cute is this one with the hearts hanging on its ears? I am slowly trying to play with all the bunny images. So much cuteness, so little time. :)

Well, short and sweet today. My allergy is in full blown today. Early this morning, we took Eli to the Big Dog Art Show where they display a dozen of 8'  metal dogs on a field and it was a bit windy and I think it blows all the pollen, cause after only 5 minutes there, literally, I could feel my eyes starts to feel like it's burning and soon after non stop sneezing followed.

Enjoy your weekend, peeps.

Light It Up for Autism Awareness Blog Hop

Hi everyone and welcome to the Light It Up Blue For Autism Awareness Blog Hop! I am thrilled to be joining so many talented ladies to celebrate World Autism Awareness day.

When I saw this idea, I knew I have to join in. My mom used to volunteer at a school for autistic children and my adopted brother, Deddy, works at one. It's his dedication to these children that inspires me. At one point, he was discussing with with my mom about changing career and stuff, but his heart is really on working with autistic children. He just has a big heart. I am joining this hop to honor him & his dedication.

We have so many fantastic sponsors that have shown their support for Autism Awareness and you can see the complete list on Veronica Zalis blog.

If you would like a chance to win a prize from one of these fabulous companies leave a comment on this blog, and any of the other blogs participating in today's hop! Winners will be chosen at random and will be announced on Monday April 6. Now here is the card I created for today's hop!

I use the sweet Fairy image from SugarPea Designs and I think this sentiment totally works for everybody. Each person is special and unique and we all in our own uniqueness should leave a little sparkle wherever we go.

I know there are a lot of people joining this hop. So, I am keeping my post short & sweet. To see the complete list of the participants please click HERE. Have a blessed Thursday, everyone.

Celebrate Spring

Aah... spring. My favorite time of the year. The weather is just right. Not too cold, not too hot and flowers every where. Just cross fingers that the mosquitoes not coming out either with all the rain we've been getting lately. :)

Well, with spring here, SugarPea Designs challenge for this week... yep, you guess it, it's all about spring. Create any project that reflect spring. For my card, I went with the cute doggies from Hot Diggity Dog with the house and hill silhouette on the background.

This card totally reflect how we enjoy spring at our home. Spring is the time of the year where I can sit outside with the dogs on the backyard and not melting from the heat. Especially, Abby, she's my outdoorsy girl. She loves running around the backyard, sunbathing on the grass and checking out the birds, squirrel, etc.

I don't let my dogs outside without supervision. I am very protective mommy to my doggies, so spring temperature is nice as we can all stay outside longer.

Hope you'll play along with this fun challenge and in a couple hours I'll be back with more fun challenge. :)

Bundle of Joy

Hi peep. Today, I have an adorable card featuring Crafter's Companion Bebunny Bundle of Joy to share with you.

Supplies: Bebunny Bundle of Joy, Spectrum Noir
Blendable Colored Pencil 23, 34, 43, 44, 45, 61, 62, 65, 108, 113

I couldn't resist this set, so even though I don't need baby card, I just have to make one. Besides, I know my SIL, Gina could always use this kind of card for her bakery delivery.

So, with this card, I have accomplished trying out all the Spectrum Noir collection. From their alcohol markers to their watercolor marker and now their blendable colored pencil. Between the 3, have to admit, my favorite so far is their Spectrum Aqua.

Their colored pencils are awesome. I mean as far as color selection, it's crazy awesome. There are 5 sets and each set has 24 color. I just prefer the Spectrum Aqua at the moment because it take less time to color the whole image. And, when you're short in time, quick & fast is important.

That's it for me today. May your day be filled with cuteness. :) Cheers...
