Sending Hugs

Hi friends. Hope you're all enjoying this holiday season to the max. Am popping in just to share this cozy card featuring Spellbinders' House Mouse Snuggle Up set. Here at my neck of the wood, it's definitely not a white Christmas and this year, it's not super cold either. But, when it' cold, snuggling up is absolutely my favorite thing to do.

As someone who loves critters, when I saw this set, I was immediately drawn to it. It's cute & give me that cozy vibe, so am excited to play with it. I simply stamped and colored the image with Copic markers. Then I frame it using Nestabilities Hemstitch Rectangle Etched Dies Venise Lace. All in all this is a pretty quick card and I finished by adding some enamel drops.

That's all I have for today peeps. Wherever you are and whether you celebrate Christmas or not, I wish that joy of the season be with you and your family.

Hi friends and welcome to Spellbinders Fave Club Products Blog Hop. You should arrive her from the talented Ilina Crouse blog and in case you miss any link, I have the complete blog hop list  below.

Now, I am a huge fan of Spellbinders Club Kits and honestly I can't just pick 1 favorite. I just can't. I literally going back and forth trying to decide which ones are my favorite and finally narrow them down to the 4 cards below.

First, is this card using Spellbinders' February Stitching Die Club kit (Pocket Full of Spring) and Embossing Club Kit (Hydrangea Bloom). I think these 2 kits perfectly compliment each other and not only that, both sets are so versatile and can be used for variety of occasions.

Next one on my favorite list is Spellbinders' November Large Die of The Month Set, Towering Blooms. I love the modern style of this set and the big pieces allow you to complete a card in no time without too much fuss.

And, of course, since I love floral glimmer plate, I am adding the August Glimmer Club Kit Over Flowing Floral Glimmer Plate to my favorite set list. Also the fact that it has coordinate stencil totally make this set a keeper in my book.

And, last but not least Spellbinders May Embossing Club Kit (Candles For Every Birthday). Why I love this set? Because when I am in a jam and need super quick birthday card, I can quickly make one with this embossing folder. It's perfect for quick card while still packing a punch.

Spellbinders' December Club Kits

Hi friends. Happy December. Today, I have a few projects featuring Spellbinders December Club kit. First up is the card I made using Spellbinder's December Glimmer Club kit. I love when the foil set is flower related, just like this one.

I simply hot foiled the flower corner twice to create the full frame and then colored them with Copic markers. For the sentiment I hot foiled one of the sentiment from Yana Inside Card Glimmer Sentiment and combined it with the birthday sentiment from sentiment from Yana's Layered Script Sentiments.

Next is the card I made using Spellbinders' November 3D Embossing folder.

Once I embossed the card panel, I colored the embossed flowers with Copic and add hot foiling sentiment that comes with the set. Finished by adding some enamel drops.

For my 3rd card, am showcasing Spellbinders November Embossing Club Kit.

I ink blended some red, pink and orange on the card panel before embossing it. I've been want to use Spellbinders Folk Song set again and thought this embossed background is perfect for it. Sentiment from Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate.

For my next card, was surprised at how much fun I had at making it. I wasn't too sure about this set till I start playing with it. The champagne bottle from Spellbinders' November Large Die of The Month Set just look so awesome and am planning to give this card to a friend who's getting married next year.

To make it more festive I added a bunch of rhinestones and clear open ring confetti to mimic the champagne bubbles.

And, finally last but not least am featuring Spellbinders' December Stitching Die Club kit,

I really liking dark color background more and more now. I also like the playfulness of the whimsical flowers.

I hope you enjoy today's projects and stay tune for a fun blog hop coming up on December 8th. You don't want to miss this inspiration galore! Take care everyone.

All Occasion Bow

Hi peeps. How's it going? Am popping in just just to share this card I made using Spellbinders All Occasion Bow

Large bow make everything more festive isn't it? For the floral parts I am just combining whatever left over I have from previous projects and used them here. That's all I have today. Sorry for the short post, but hubby is down sick and am finishing some last minute stuff at work and getting ready for Thanksgiving. If you're celebrating Thanksgiving, I wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving whether you celebrate them with family or friends and may they all be a good one. Cheers.

Spellbinders November Club Kits

Hi all. I am popping in to share some cards I made using Spellbinders' November Club Kits. And, boy, am I in love with this month kits!! First up is this bright, eye catching color card I made using Spellbinders' November Large Die of The Month Set

Hubby said this card is one of his favorite as he said I rarely used dark colored background. Sentiment is from Spellbinder's November Glimmer Club kit. I had so much fun playing with tis set, I can't help making another card (below) with this set.

Then, since hubby complimented my usage of dark colored background, to showcase Spellbinders' October Stitching Die Club kit, I decided to again use black cardstock for the background. Again, sentiment is from Spellbinder's November Glimmer Club kit

Up next is the card I  made using Spellbinders' November 3D Embossing folder. I lightly dabbed/blended the raised part with white ink and then again with Distress Oxide ink.

And, finally last but not least, am going back to my typical soft coloring to showcase Spellbinders November Embossing Club Kit. I love the soft flower background and keeping it simple to really showcase the pattern and texture.

There you go, 5 cards that hopefully inspire you to get crafty. I hope you enjoy them. Thank you all for taking the time to check them out. Have a beautiful day, friends.

Simon Hurley Snowglobe's Collection

Hi all. Today I am showcasing Simon Hurley Snowglobe collection for Spellbinders. I have soft spot for snow globe since I do have a small collection of Disney snow globe that I love. Anyway, whenever I get a chance to play with any snow globe related products, I do it in a heartbeat.

First up, is this card using Simon's Snow Globe Etched Dies set

It's pretty much a classic scene right to see Santa and his reindeer dashing from rooftop to rooftop? For the next card, we change scenery from city to the quiet forest scene using Woodland Scene Etched Dies set. As an animal lover this scene definitely pull me in and I find it peaceful.

And, last but not least also part of Simon SNow Globe collection is this Playful Poinsettia 3D Embossing folder, that comes with coordinating die.

I simply embossed the cardstock and splatter it with some gold watercolor. And, since I still have quite a bit of products left from Make It Merry collection and since I don't want it to go to waste, decided to add it here.

Phew, feels like lately I've been sharing multiple cards. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them. For now,  that's all I have & I wish you all a lovely day.

More Autumn Serenade

Hi friends. I am so into this month's Autumn Serenade collrection from Spellbinders that I am back with more projects to share.

First up is this card I made using one of the pattern paper from Watercolor Resist 6x6 Paper Pad

For the leaves I actually used shimmery watercolor so in person, this card is totally shimer especially under the sunlight. The butterfly is from Dimensional Autumn Butterfly Stickers .

Next, I am using Autumn Serenade 3d Embossing Folder and paired it with Sunflower Serenade Etched Dies. Sentiment from Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate..

And, last but not least, is this card using Layered Sunflower Stencil. The cool thing about this stencil is even though it's layered it all come in 1 large sheet, so at least you don't have to worry about losing or missing a layer. Considering the way I am crafting, often with so many stuff piled around, this may or may not happened once or twice. Hah!

For the sentiment, again I used sentiment from Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate. I have a lot of them just laying around since I made a bunch already for quick grab.

Okie dokie, that's all I have for today. Pretty good way to start the week, I'd say with 3 projects done. I did crafting quite a bit this past weekend, so stay tune for more Spellbinders goodness.

Autumn Serenade

Hi there crafty friends. I am excited to share today's projects as the colors on this card are so my kind of colors. Let's get on with it, shall we?

First up is this soft pink hue card using Spellbinders Serenade of Autumn Foiled Vellum set.

I love, love, love this vellum design . It just so pretty with it's gold foil. I simply did some ink blending on the back of the velum and add glue behind the gold foil line so it wouldn't show through the front.  Added the beautiful, dainty butterfly from Dimensional Autumn Butterfly Stickers and finish with hot foiled sentiment from Yana Inside Card Glimmer Sentiment that I popped with foam adhesive.

Now, the next 3 cards, oh my word, I am in love with them. LOL, my friends said these are my kind of cards as the colors are totally my kind of color. I am using Autumn Serenade 3d Embossing Folder for all 3 cards and simply changing the placement of the cardstock to get the different look.

Once the embossing done, I ink blending the colors using  Distress Oxide Ink on the embossed side, then using wet watercolor brush, blend and spread the color even more. For the sentiment I stamped and die cut happy birthday sentiment from previously released set.

For the card above and below, I added butterfly from Dimensional Autumn Butterfly Stickers set. Am loving these butterflies. They make any card popped in a quick and easy way.

You know ho wyou made some cards and it just totally make your heart happy? These cards did this to me. I am super happy with the way they turned out and I hope you love them too and feel inspired to get creative. Thank you all for stopping by here and would love to hear your thoughts. Have a beautiful fall day, friends.

Spellbinders Stitched Christmas TRee

Hi friends. A bit of delay as life getting a bit hectic. Anyway, I am happy that I finally finish this fun Christmas card using Spellbinders' October Stitching Die Club kit.

I love the stitching pattern on the Christmas tree and also that it's only a few stitching required. You could get so many different look just by changing the tree and ornament color. For the hole area where the stitching goes, you could use rhinestones, pearl or enamel drops, which I chose to use for my card.

Just a quick post to share this and I have another post line up that I am super excited to share, because the cards I made are sooo my style. You'll see. Have a lovely day friends.

Spellbinders October Club Kits

Hi there friends. Just like that we're entering the last 3 month phase on 2023. This month's kits from Spellbinders are full of fun & beautiful sets. Let's get on with it, shall we?

First up, I made this Christmas card using Spellbinder's October Glimmer Club kit and then simply color the image with Copic markers.  For the bouquet I used Copper hot foil roll. And, I love the dainty bow on this set & want it to stand out a bit from teh bouquet, so I hot foiled it using Magenta hot foil roll. Ii person you really could see the difference of the foil color.

For the next card, I am showcasing Spellbinders' October Large Die of The Month Set. This is one fun & gorgeous set! The fence actually popped, but can easily be flattened for shipping as there's scoring mark on each side that allow this.

Next, using one of my favorite color combo of blue and teal, am showcasing Spellbinders October Embossing Club Kit.

I paired up the embossed background with the bird from Christmas Bird Poinsettia Dies set. I love birds and thought this background is perfect to use with this bird since I've been wanting to use this bird ever since I got the set. :) Bird with Santa's hat, what not to love? That's adorable in my book.

And, my 4th card using Spellbinders' October 3D Embossing folder. Like most 3D embossing folder, I love to just let the pattern take center stage. For a little extra texture, I just added enamel dots on the dots on the pattern. Finish with a hot foiled sentiment,

I still have another card to share, but that card is still in progress at the moment. So, stay tune and I'll be back with one more club kit soon. That's all for me today. Have a blessed day everyone.

Holly Jolly & Poinsettia Corner

Hi there. Today, I am sharing a few cards showcasing a couple of Spellbinders latest Better Press sets. I have to say that with al of these sets, my Christmas cards collection grows quite well.

First up is this classic Santa card using Holly Jolly Santa Press Plate set.

I press the Santa image on watercolor cardstock and then i add green and blue watercolor to the background. Let dry and then using one of the arch die from Essential Arches Etched Dies set, I cut the top part above the Santa to create the tag shape. Bottom part I simply create the flag end by cutting it with scissor. For the card background I used Ski Lodge Embossing Folder. Put all the pieces together and finish by adding sentiment and some enamel dots.

Next up is the card I made using Poinsettia Corner Press Plate. I actually made 2 cards using this plate. The first one I used the plat with  the hot foil machine. Yep, the BetterPress plate works pretty well with the hot foil machine.

I simply colored the image with Copic marker as I hot foiled the image to regular cardstock (not watercolor or cotton press cardstock). Once done, I simply trim the panel and adhere to card base. Add sentiment and some rhinestones.

Last but not least, I used the Poinsettia Corner Press Plate again and press the image twice to on each corner of the panel. Watercolor the image, trim the panel and adhere it to card base.

Finish by adding sentiment and some glimmer to the Poinsettia with Stickles. I love the way this card looks in person as the glimmer definitely add fun element to it and who doesn't love a little sparkle on their Christmas card, right?

Okie dokie, that's all I have for today. Hope you enjoy today's Christmas inspirations. Cheers...

Make It Merry

Hi friends. Today I have a bunch of projects to share as I get to play with Spellbinders Make It Merry Holiday Kit set. I mean, thi s kit has somany parts, that literally you could easily completed 30-40 cards if you want. Of course, it all just depend on ho wmany items you want to layer on a card. It can be as simple or as fancy as you want.

My projects are mostly cards and 1 scrapbook page! Yes, I actually made a scrapbook page after all this year! Here's overview of all the cards.

Before we get to all the cards, let's get on with the scrapbook page, shall we? I hav eto say that my heart feel certain kind of joy in doing this page. The past few years I just been preserving my pics through Projects Life app and I love it because it's quick and easy. But, boy, do I miss doing actual scrapbook page.

I basically just layered up the cardsboard stickers and all the printed pieces. I feel like not much words needed for the rest of the projects, as I basically just played with all th epieces that comes in the kitand mix and match them all. I'll just be sharing the close up pics of all the cards below. Though, side note the first 4 are my favorites. :)

For the 4 cards above, I paired the kit with the stocking dies from Spellbinders' July Large Die of The Month Set.

On this one below, I paired the Make It Merry kit with In The Pines Embossing Folder just to add a bit of texture.

Phew.... there you go. I didn't write the steps for these cards as I am sure you all pretty much know the steps. :) I hope you're enjoy browsing through the ideas and I hope somehow, someway I was able to inspire you to get crafty. That's all I have for today. Thank you for stopping by here.

Spellbinders September Stitching Die Kit

Hi peeps. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend. Just want to pop in real quick to share this card I made using Spellbinders' September Stitching Die Club kit. Love the adorable mushrooms and the amount of stitching on this is not that much.

For the background I used September 3D Embossing folder and then I simply added the leaves and mushroom from the stitching die kit. I think the stitching just added enough details and texture that make the card more special.

That's all I have for today. Happy Saturday all!

Spellbinders' September Club Kits

Hi friend. Finally it goes below 100F here in Houston and am sure I am not the only one that feels happy about it. It probably only last a day or two before it goes back above 100 or more again, but hey we take whatever little relief we can get.

Anyway, super hot day means I am staying in quite a bit and get lots of crafting done and for today I  get to share a few of the cards I made for Spellbinders. First up is this mushroom card I made using Spellbinders' September 3D Embossing folder.

I literally do the happy dance when I saw this set. Love, love, love the mushroom design on this embossing folder. It truly is gorgeous and you don't have to color it either if you don't want to, because it's beautiful just the way it is. For the sentiment I used one of the sentiment from Inside Card Glimmer Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plate set.

For the next one I used Spellbinder's September Glimmer Club kit and then simply color the image with Copic markers. Before adhering the panel to card base, I also ink blending some pink on the bottom of the panel.

Again, sentiment on the above card is from Inside Card Glimmer Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plate set. Finish by adding some enamel drops.

On to my 3rd card using Spellbinders August Embossing Club Kit.

I ink blending some pink, yellow and  orange on the card panel before embossing the panel. Then, I added a pressed leaf from Autumn Leaves Press Plate set. Finished with sentiment from  Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate. Super simple & quick card.

Next up is a Halloween card I made using Spellbinders' September Large Die of The Month Set.

I am not into scary Halloween stuff, so when I saw this die set, I was like, yay, cute ghost and immediately know how I want to do this card.

Well, that's all I have for today. Hope you are enjoying your weekend. Cheers....
